Long time no see!

I can't believe it has been such long time since I made a cake, and then even longer before I managed to have it published.

Since last time we have completely renovated our house, and we are now parents to a beautiful darling daughter.

I am always honoured to make these anniversary cakes! This is a rich fruit cake with marzipan and icing.
