Long time, no see! It has been a busy year for me, but unfortunately not with cake making. So, this is the first cake I have done in a long time, and what a project to take on!
Good friends of mine wanted me to make their wedding cake - and never have I been so nervous for a project!
I am very happy with the result though!
Bottom tier, fruitcake
Middle tier, Vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream and white chocolate ganache
Top tier, Chocolate sponge with chocolate butter cream and dark+milk chocolate ganache
Covered in rolling icing and sugar flowers (Gerbera, Freesia and Rose)
