That time of year again...

Have you noticed how many birthdays there are in the spring time? And I always seem to find other occasions to bake and try new things as well. Busy times!! It is as if spring brings with it all new energy and motivation!

I have three designs to share with you today. First up is the all time classic Vicky Sponge. This one with fresh strawberries and buttercream.

2nd cake today is a birthday cake. Half a cricket ball, with a surprise inside!

Last, but not least, is another birthday cake. This is for a 70th birthday, with love for horses!
