Right, so except the fact that I am almost 4 months late with this update... Yes, I am sorry! However, back in May I was honoured by becoming a "Fadder" (mentor, Godmother without the Christian bit) for the loveliest girl, Astrid.

Sweetest ever!

On top of this I was also asked to make the cakes for the reception! 5 cakes were made in my mums flat in Sweden. The luggage I brought did indeed go over the kg allowed, including the carry on, leaving me with red pinching marks all over my arm!

Flavours this time:

1. Chocolate sponge with a chocolate butter cream and raspberry jam

2. Vanilla sponge with butter cream and strawberry/rhubarb jam

3. Vanilla sponge with white chocolate ganache and passion fruit curd
