I hate good byes...!

At least that is not a proper, 100% good bye... A colleague of mine is moving to Sweden, but I bet she will be visiting, and thank god she is will continue to work for us!

I made her two cakes. A traditional Swedish princess cake, as well as this vanilla sponge filler with chocolate butter cream and rasberry jam. Covered in KitKats and M&Ms!
