How it all began

March 2013, Red Nose Day. Event vs CS, cake competition. It was here it all really began. I fancied making a cake using marzipan, inspired by the traditional Swedish Princess Cake and by my mums Birthday Cake. At the time I was quite pleased with its appearance and it seamed like my colleagues were too! From here I heard about sugar paste. The rose petals can be a lot thinner, looking a lot more authentic. Wahaa, this was my next step. I will try to focus on pictures instead of words so below is my first year of baking!
